The goal of this document is to describe how to create/update/delete Employee Tax Card record and Tax Reporting Unit (TRU) associations via Payroll Batch Loader (PBL). This functionality was introduced in July monthly release update (MRU) for release 9.2.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PBL can be used to load cards in old tax card foormat (NTC). If you have migrated to new tax cards (NTC), please use HDL for tax card load.
