Create accounting process spawn a lot of subprocess: (Post Subledger Journal Entries)
This behavior is observed only in a specific instance.

Create accounting process should spawn only one subprocess: (Post Subledger Journal Entries)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit "Create Accounting" process
2. Wait till child processes are triggered.
