Symptoms
On Unifier : Any Version
When trying to import Business Process (BP) record data via CSV, it fails with the following error:

Imported CSV is not in standard format
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the BP workspace (either log or record depending if record and/or line item data is being created)
- Click Import
- Import the CSV file
- A notification appears saying that the import failed
- Download the file that shows the errors and open it
- Notice the Imported CSV is not in standard format error
