Error: Imported CSV is not in standard format (Doc ID 2031565.1)

On Unifier : Any Version

When trying to import Business Process (BP) record data via CSV, it fails with the following error:

Imported CSV is not in standard format

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the BP workspace (either log or record depending if record and/or line item data is being created)
  2. Click Import
  3. Import the CSV file
  4. A notification appears saying that the import failed
  5. Download the file that shows the errors and open it
  6. Notice the Imported CSV is not in standard format error
