Symptoms


When attempting to open the downloaded spreadsheet, the following error occurs.

Users are able to use other spreadsheets loader like plan/program without any error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigator - > Benefits-> Plan Configuration -> Manage Benefits Rates
2) Click on Edit Rates in Workbook
3) Save the Workbook to local machine
4) Open and it will ask to connect, click Yes.
5) Enter Application credentials and click Login.
6) Error pops up after few seconds.

Due to this issue, users cannot modify the rates.
