Symptoms

Candidate experiences an application system error ( careersection@ZONENAME.taleo.net (TIMESTAMP) )  when applying on a requisition or editing the general profile, while logged in on a custom language.
Custom Languages feature, also known as Locale Copy Clone (LCC) was introduced in 14A and allows specific customers to create their own set of custom languages from existing ones. Note this feature is NOT available to all customers as it is still part of a limited availability program as these lines are written.

Note this error is not reproduced when accessing the Career Section in English or other standard languages.

In most cases the error happens when the candidate loads the Personal Information page of the Application Flow, if the Place of Residence field is part of it.

Changes

Upgrade to a new version after Customer Language was configured.
