Goal

Why Does an Extract Created to Pull Termination Details of the Employees, but the Database Items (DBIs) "Person Termination Action" and
"Person Termiantion Action Reason" Return Wrong Values.  The employees are hired as pending worker initially and then converted to employees in Fusion,
but these DBIs return the terminated values of the pending worker but not the current record when the employee is active.

The user wants to extract active and inactive employees (only 'EMP' system person type) from the extract with the hire and termination details.
