Goal
The out of the box security implementation limits the ability to baseline project budgets to the Project Management Duty Enterprise Role. This is the role that by default is granted to the Project Manager Project Role. These following steps will describe how to add the appropriate security privileges to a Project Administrator roles generated for each business unit.
