FA OTBI - Parameter Date Not Working In HCM Fusion Report (Doc ID 2041255.1)

Symptoms

Added a prompt as instructed in the white paper.

When running the report, the date prompt shows up properly, able to add a date but the resulting report pulls all data as of when the report was run rather than the AsOfDate parameter entered.
