Symptoms

When compiling a package, keep getting the error

Errors can happen in other areas where code is entered directly into a text item in the builder:
Dynamic Actions
a. Dynamic Actions --> Create
b. Any name.
c. Event --> Click
Selection Type --> Button
Button --> The button that runs the action.
d. Action --> Execute PL/SQL Code.
e. PL/SQL Code: (The sample code that I sent you)


Processes
a. Processes --> Create
b. PL/SQL
c. Any name.
Point --> On submit - After computations and Validations.
d. Enter PL/SQL Page Process (Value Required):
