Last updated on JULY 28, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Financials Common Module Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Our Operations Team cannot provide the IP Addresses of the hosts. Oracle is hosting the SAAS Fusion cloud product offerings across several global data centers. These offerings are leveraging on the Akamai Terra Alta platform, which ensures traffic is optimized all the way from the data centers to the end users. Additional performance improvements are gained through the use of connection and route optimization techniques that dynamically avoid problem routes on the public internet. Also, static content caching is done on Akamai's CDN, spanning thousands of global server thereby optimizing network round-trips between Oracle's global Datacenters and the end users. Because of dynamic route selection, Akamai Terra Alta platform will NOT guarantee a static IP address for Oracle's SAAS Fusion cloud offerings. Currently this is part of the offering and hence not optional.

Goal

Many customers will ask for Oracle IPs so that they can create an IP white list on their company firewalls so that they can allow only known traffic into their networks.

We can provide this in only a few limited ways:

1) Akamai enabled, IP Whitelist on Oracle side only (restrict access to application to only Customer IPs)
2) Akamai enabled on CAC, IP Whitelist on Customer end, oracle shares CAC list (1200-1500 ips)
3) Customer purchases vpn service, Akamai disabled, IP Whitelist can be on both ends, with Oracle and customer sharing the ips to Whitelist.
