Accounting Sequence Not Appearing On Journal

Goal
An accounting sequence is defined and assigned to a ledger for the Posting event. A journal is created for the appropriate source and category and for
the correct accounting period.
Posting is submitted and completes successfully but no sequence is generated. The Posting log file doesn't show errors but the following message is seen
in the last line of the log: 'The Sequence context is disabled'
