Symptoms

An application deployed on JaaS service which invokes the Fusion SaaS financial util service intermittently fails with the following error:

The application is not invoking the policy store directly. It is Web Service call which invokes the Financial Util service. When that is invoked, the call goes through the policy store for Authentication/Authorization.
