Symptoms

The following error is seen when trying to back out an Admin Life Event so that it can be reprocessed again:

The supplied participation process mode and the winning life events are incongruent. This participation process mode cannot process this life event. (BEN-990312)
Process your life event using the mode Scheduled mode.

Attempted running this through Evaluation and Reporting, but it errors.
