Symptoms

Not able to upload customers account site usage using template

There is no error in the output but still the site usage is not populated.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Putting file on content server using the Tools -> File import and export.
2) Loading the records to interface through "Load File to Interface" process.
3) Importing records using Batch from Customer Data management -> Data Import.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import customer site uses.
