Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Removing mail properties using the Property Set UI does not persist the removal past server restarts.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Removing these properties through the Properties UI would persist them after server restarts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged in as a user with Admin privileges, navigate to
3. Validate that notification emails do not have logo
4. Restart the servers
5. The notification emails now have a logo, even though the logo was removed thru the Property Set UI
