Symptoms

ISSUE
------------

When trying to load Import Unprocessed Labor Cost Using FBDI, 'Load Interface File to Import' Ending with Error
Just for the information, I am able to import same data using Unprocessed Labor cost ADFdi.

ERROR
------------
1 Row not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
