Goal

When attempting to run 'Deploy Item Extensible Flexfields', see process completes sometimes in error, having unexpected or unchanged values or unhandled exception application error messages. 

Error examples:

JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table

JBO-25058: Definition EGO_ITEM_DL_XX_SALES_INFO_EffLineId of type Attribute is not found in j_ArticleHierarchyDeclarativePublicVO

JBO-26010: Invalid Entity Attribute Name "RowNum" specified for the View Attribute
