Goal

Printed invoice always in English despite customer Site Language = Dutch

We have created and uploaded Invoice print RTF templates in English and Dutch and have set the Site Language on our Customer Sites (bill-to) to either English or Dutch. However, when we print invoices the default RTF template (English) is always selected.
How does the Print Receivables Transactions program determine what language template to use?
