Goal

Ran a regular and a supplemental payroll this week and processed them separately. The regular paycheck deducted almost double what the federal tax was the previous biweekly paycheck. There were no changes to the tax calculation card and the employee is questioning it and wishes to receive a refund of the over withheld amount.


Why is the Federal Income Tax higher when a regular Payroll and a QuickPay are run in the same period?
