ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a Shipment is split based on the ship units/order releases the shipment group id is not assigned to the newly created shipment
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a shipment is split based on the ship units/order releases the shipment group id would be assigned to the newly created shipment
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two identical order releases and bulk plan them to create a consolidated shipment.
2. The consolidated shipment has a shipment group id assigned to it.
3. Now Split the shipment based on the order release or ship units to create a new shipment.
4. The newly created shipment does not have a shipment group id defined to it.
