Symptoms

 When attempting to add a PDF attachment to a Candidate file or Submission you receive the following message:

The file you have attached cannot be processed.
The file you are trying to attach ( [file name]) includes data that cannot be processed by the application. Please remove content like scripting and navigation, or retry with a different format.
