Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Create Awards

Award Import program completes successfully but the Import Award Report displays an error -

JBO-29115 Unable to construct the error message due to error
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: can't parse argument number
adfBundle['oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesResourceB
undle']['OKC:::OKC_INVALID_HDR_ATTR_VALUE']. Use the exception
stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception.
Root cause error code is JBO-.
