Symptoms
When attempting to create an user through integration the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM and go to Business Process Automation, Integration, Integration Manager, Upload an XML/CSV Transmission
2. Select the xml file and press Upload
3. If you go to Transmission Manager and search for the Transmission ID, you can see the above indicated error.
