Goal

Questions regarding the https server that will store the credit card transaction files:
- How does Oracle know what file it is retrieving that was previously delivered by MasterCard? Or does Oracle retrieve all files that may have been stored since the last retrieval?
- What are the file retention requirements after Oracle has retrieved the file?
