Symptoms
When attempting to access "Manage HCM Role Provisioning Rules"/ "Manage Legal Entity"/ "Manage Legal Entity HCM Information" in Setup and Maintenance, the following error occurs.

An error occurred while invoking task Manage Job. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator - Setup and Maintenance - search for "Manage HCM Role Provisioning Rules"/ "Manage Legal Entity"/ "Manage Legal Entity HCM Information" in the "Name" field
