FAHRCS: Transfer Setups and Balances to Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service

Symptoms

When attempting to transfer information from E-Business Suite(EBS) to Fusion using the FAHRCS: Fusion Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service,
the following error is produced from the Transfer Setups and Balances to Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service concurrent request:

ERROR
One or more segment descriptions contains special characters. Please contact support.

The log file will display the following:


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to EBS
2. Navigate to FAHRCS page
3. Provide the Cloud URL , Username, and Password, then click NEXT
4. Select the desired ledger to transfer, then click APPLY
5. Navigate to the Submit Request window and execute the program 'Transfer Setups and Balances to Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service'
6. Program ends in error
