Cloud App Action or Decision is not Available in Campaign to Add to Canvas

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Even though the cloud app has been added to Eloqua, one of two symptoms may appear:
- When trying to configure the action or decision step on the canvas, the message "Service Not Ready" is displayed
- The app is not available in the campaign's list of Decision or Actions, so it cannot be added to the canvas
It is possible that the campaign will not be able to be activated until this issue has been resolved.
Note: To display all apps available on the canvas, either:
- Click Actions > Show all Steps
- Click the Campaign Steps toggle (to display either all options or only favorites)
