Symptoms

When attempting to use an action that has an integration, the following error appears:

Object "id = 4129843 'CmIntegration' not found"

Steps to reproduce:

Find an existing quote
Open the quote, or perform some other action which has an associated integration

Changes

No changes may have been made, or the environment was implemented recently, or a Commerce migration was performed.
