Goal

Qn1:User is unable to import transactions due to an error "The Transaction Failed Budgetary Control Validation With One Or More Errors" reported on the transaction. Budgetary Control Results page (Manage Unprocessed Transactions> Search the transaction> Actions> View Budgetary Control Results) shows "Invalid account on line, budget account cannot be created".

Qn2:Tested spreadsheet for new project control budgets I could not see any resource and project details. Spreadsheet is not working.
