User cannot post journal - Essbase Error(1007151): Wrong incremental dimension build sequence

User try to post a manual Journal, however system is not allowing the user to post the journal and every time when user click on post,

System run below two program.

1. Post Journal for Single Ledger
2. Publish CoA Dimension Members : Details Value Only

Second program goes in to error status with showing below mentioned error message in the log file:

Essbase Error(1060053): Outline has errors
publishDetailedValues(): Exception :: Cannot end incremental build. Essbase Error(1007151): Wrong incremental dimension build sequence
buildCOADetailedValues: publish function failed for Dimension : Intercompany :: Error: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot end incremental build. Essbase Error(1007151): Wrong incremental dimension build sequence
buildCOADetailedvalues(): Exception :: This program did not successfully complete due to issues in Essbase. You must contact your administrator to manually run this program. (GL-781266)

buildCOADetailedvalues(): Result:true
buildCOADetailedvalues(): Executing cmd:alter application 'ADB_MawaridFinance' enable connects
buildCOADetailedvalues(): Result:true
Releasing Root AM...

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Earlier users used one value set for Company Segment (primary BSV) and Intercompany Segment as well, so users got this error. Users thought that are getting this error because are using one value set with two segment. Then user created one more value set for intercompany and assigned it to intercompany segment. This new value set has only one value i.e 000. Users are getting error for Segment 6 i.e. Intercompany Segment. This value set has only one value so there is no question of same child under multiple parents.
