STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Earlier users used one value set for Company Segment (primary BSV) and Intercompany Segment as well, so users got this error. Users thought that are getting this error because are using one value set with two segment. Then user created one more value set for intercompany and assigned it to intercompany segment. This new value set has only one value i.e 000. Users are getting error for Segment 6 i.e. Intercompany Segment. This value set has only one value so there is no question of same child under multiple parents.
