How to Convert an Implementation User Into a Normal Fusion Application User (Doc ID 2089250.1)

Goal

When cloud customer first receive an environment, or after you finish installing fusion application, you can only have an implementation user -- an user created from OIM console, because you do not have legal employer, organization, department etc, setup in fusion application, you can not hire an user from fusion application.  See more in KM <Document 1574532.1> regarding what is the differences between implementation user and fusion user.

After customer finish configuration, sometime, there is a need to covert an implementation user into a normal fusion user, this article will guide how to do it.
