Goal
The purpose of this document is to provide the permissions required to view and modify the Master Exclude List.
Why can members of a security group not see the Master Exclude List details when they click the icon? They have interface access permission to it, but get the error message "You do not have access to this page" or "Alert! - The Distribution List specified could not be found".
