Error [Invalid XML Namespace] When Using a Function of an XSL File (Doc ID 2096592.1)

Symptoms

When using, testing or uploading an XSL file to CPQ Cloud, the following error "Invalid XML namespace" is displayed. The bm.log file will show an error like:

Changes

 Upgrade to 2014 R2 or above.
