Goal

Need a Balance to pull Person YTD - including balances between two LE.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
What balance dimension will give a combined YTD value for multiple LE in the same country? Relationship NOCB does not pull both legal entity balances. It only pulls the current value for the new LE.

Requirement:
Process payroll for an employee in one legal entity.
Move the person to a new legal entity.
Get a YTD Regular Pay that includes both amounts between legal entities.
