Evaluate performance impact on running Benefit Process

Client has an "Unrestricted Program" with a plan with coverage for 120k+ employees.

Their coverage on the plan in this program needs to be evaluated via a coverage calculation formula.

Client's question is: Will running the 'Recalculate Unrestricted Participation Rates" and/or "Evaluate Unrestricted Event Participation" on the entire global population daily have an impact on performance?
