Symptoms

When observing the Oracle Social Network (OSN) Deck details in the springboard a.k.a dashboard on the Fusion Application Home Page (FUSE), the total number of conversations appears to be incorrect.

Even though the user is not a member of any conversation, the counter shows more than one.
