Fusion BI - Rename the Custom Folder or Seeded Folders in Cloud BI Catalog (Doc ID 2104392.1)

Symptoms

The "Custom" folder Report & Analytic, under Shared Folders, has been renamed to "Abcd".

Due to this we are unable to run any interface or report.
Also we cannot rename the folder back, as it's saying that "Custom" folder already exists.

Please change the folder name back to "Custom".
