Go to 'Administer > Application Settings > Audit'. The 'Enable auditing for selected tables' box is checked but grayed out and no tables are listed in the 'Audit Tables' list.
In an attempt to add a table from the drop down menu by clicking 'Save', nothing happens and the table is still not available under the 'Audit Tables' list.
