Audit Settings in P6 Web Are Grayed Out (Doc ID 2109041.1)

Symptoms

Please note that the information contained in this document assumes that you are logging into P6 Web Access as an 'Admin Superuser'.

Go to 'Administer > Application Settings > Audit'. The 'Enable auditing for selected tables' box is checked but grayed out and no tables are listed in the 'Audit Tables' list.

In an attempt to add a table from the drop down menu by clicking 'Save', nothing happens and the table is still not available under the 'Audit Tables' list.

 

The following error is reported in the P6WebAccess.html log file:

com.primavera.PhoenixException: DBEngine.executeUpdate: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMUSER.PK_SETTINGS) violated...Unable to create audit details
