Incorrect Rounding on Compensation Worksheet Custom Numeric Column (Doc ID 2109932.1)

Symptoms

In the Compensation worksheet, when the user enters an amount, for instance 115.44, it turns to 115, which is normal because it is a rounded amount, but when the user enters 115.45, it turns to 116. However, this is incorrect because the amount should stay 115 until the user enters 115.5 and then, it should turn 116.
It should not turn 116 with 115.45
