Unable to Co-browse Documents with Outside Users (cList View) (Doc ID 2112060.1)

Symptoms


Oracle Social Network (OSN) users are able to select an outside user for co-browsing a document, but nothing happens when the outside user browses (scrolls down in) the document.
Also, the outside user is not able to initiate co-browsing.

To reproduce this issue:

  1. Fusion Apps FAPPSUser1 creates a conversation
  2. FAPPSUser1 adds outside user OutsideUser to the conversation
  3. FAPPSUser1 uploads a document
  4. OutsideUser opens the conversation in the document view
  5. FAPPSUser1 selects OutsideUser to co-browse
  6. OutsideUser scrolls in the document
