Results Screens are Not Able to Scroll Over and Down at the Same Time

Symptoms
From any of the order/shipment results screens you are not able to scroll to the right and then scroll down.
When trying to scroll down after scrolling to view a column to the right that is normally out of view, the application will default back to the far left column before scrolling down.
As a result you are not able to view all of the data.
