Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user calls a Commerce Action which performs a Transition an error is thrown:
Could not perform Action: [commerceActionName]
The email template was not printed because of errors: No Template found with name: [templateName], language: [quoteLanguage]
There are few possible changes that could lead to this error:
- A recent upgrade to 2015 R1.
- A new single-language Email Template was recently created and configured to be used on a Step Transition's Notification email.
