No Log IDs are Visible in the Log Files (Doc ID 2117309.1)

Symptoms


Nothing is returned when you try to pull log files.

This is true for any log type - User, AdHoc, System, Web and Exception logs.

After taking off the current time and trying to retrieve the results for all backups, it still does not display any log results.  

When viewing the log files pulled from the server, you see that the log files do contain log statements.

You have followed all of the instructions in Online Help for configuring the logs as well as confirmed that no Log Ids are suppressed.
