Fusion Time and Labor: User Is Unable To Get The Log Files In Analyze Rule Processing Details

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the user is trying to attach both log files from Analyze Rule Processing Details page, the user is unable to get the log files from Analyze Rule Processing Details page because the gets the message "No data to display".
The message is related to a security issue - there is needed a new Data Role.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. From Navigator, select 'Workforce Management' > 'Time Management'
2. From Time Management, select 'Analyze Rule Processing Details'
3. On search screen, select Rule set name, click search
4. On search results there is no data to display.
