Goal
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version
Restriction Of Multiple Budget Pools based on the primary, secondary hierarchies.
User want to restrict allocation of award based from multiple budget pools based on primary and secondary hierarchies.
For example they have a compensation plan in which they have two hierarchies(primary, secondary) and two budget pools(A, B).
Can they restrict like from budget pool A only employees from primary hierarchy can allocate and from pool B only employees from secondary hierarchy.
