Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Create Awards

Unable to import awards using FBDI Template (ImportAwardsTemplate.xlsm). The Principal Investigator Person in Manage Grants Personnel page shows Active however, import awards report shows not active with the error below -

GMS_PI_HCMPER_NOTACTIVE - The person selected for the principal investigator role is currently not active. Select another active person eligible for the principal investigator role.
