Login Times Out

I’m trying to sign into my account for DataRaker for which I’m registered however every time I try to sign in, the session times out. I know I’m using the right password, and that Dataraker and my computer are working properly because my colleague’s login works perfectly when he tries to sign in on my computer. Please let me know what can be done to fix this.
