The goal of this document is to provide customers with best practices regarding email sending volume. One metric that is often overlooked when it comes to monitoring deliverability is volume. A sender’s volume and their efforts to maintain a consistent sending volume can be just as impactful on deliverability as engagement is. High volume senders should be using dedicated IPs and should keep consistent with volume to help prevent deliverability issues.
