Symptoms

Importing Demand Class xreferencing using csv file data import fails with an error. the error is reported when uploading Cross Reference data import CSV file for Demand Class.

File named CrossReferenceData.csv.csv was not processed because uploads of this business object are not supported for the source system type External. Monitor is resumed Enumeration is null.

1. Demand Class has been collected for Fusion Source System (OPS)
2. Attempted to create a cross reference entity using the Reference Data Import Template
3. The upload finishes with a warning which is shown in the import process log file.
