Notifications Count Is Not Getting Updated In the Bell Icon

Notifications count is not getting updated

When login into Oracle Fusion Applications Home Page ,the users can see their notifications  count  highlighted in red on the "bell" in the top right corner of the Home Page.
However  when the tasks are completed , the notification count on the bell does not get updated. This reflects inaccurate information regarding notifications for the users

Notifications count should be updated to reflect actual number of tasks
